The Garden Café is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  It is a casual setting with windows all around showcasing the lushly landscaped tropical gardens.  Popular breakfast times include melt-in-your-mouth Malted Belgian Waffle with fresh strawberries and real whipped cream, the New Orleans-style beignets, and the three-egg omelettes.  Lunch is no less exciting with authentic seafood gumbo served in a bread bowl and favorites like sandwiches and Po Boys.  Dinner is something to look forward to with regional seafood favorites and a la carte selections.

When the weather gets warm, the seasonally opened Bar B Q Hut gets the open pit fired up.  When you smell the warm aroma of wood-smoked ribs, pork, and chicken, you know a home-cooked lunch is coming right up.  Also available are burgers, hotdogs, and other summertime family favorites, all cooked right before your eyes on the open pit.  Seating for the Bar B Q Hut is at the picnic tables in the garden under the thatched roof.

The Grotto Pool holds 194,000 gallons of water – it also holds a well-kept secret: The Grotto Bar in under the rock in the middle of the pool!  You can either walk in or swim in under the cascading waterfalls.  The Grotto Bar opens about the time the weather warms up and guests start looking for some cool refreshment.

The Beach Bar, open seasonally, is probably our most popular spot to grab a cold beverage on a hot day.  This is the place for live entertainment on the weekends, where the musicians keep it low-key with Florida favorites and Jimmy Buffett-style entertainment.  If you’re looking for a bar whose dress code includes flip-flops, then this is the place for you!  It’s the best place to watch the sunset, and offers tropical Island Oasis drinks served up in carved Pineapples.  This popular open-air bar runs on Mother Nature’s schedule.

The Lobby Bar is open year round, and features comfortable seating arranged for conversation.  This is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening because you can have a beer with friends and watch some sports action on the big-screen TV.  Monday through Friday, you’ll enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres from 5pm to 7pm with a drink purchase.
